Anita's Fruit Smoothie

  • 2 Large handfuls of spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup ripe frozen mango
  • 1 cup Frozen grapes
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (cherries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp elderberry tincture
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup tart cherry juice
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water

Blend.
