  • Main Event: Coq au Vin Blanc (pronounciation: Kohk oh VAHN BLAHN)   

    This elegant dish will have you feeling like you’re dining under the Eiffel Tower. Juicy chicken thighs are braised in white wine, with tender mushrooms, pearl onions, and aromatic herbs. It's French comfort food at its finest.

  • Side Spotlight: Haricots Verts Almondine

    Green beans are having their moment with almonds, a splash of lemon juice, and a touch of seasoning makes these haricots verts (aka fancy French green beans) the perfect light and vibrant side to your Coq au Vin Blanc.


  • Sweet Finish: Chocolate Pots de Crème
