Anita's Crispy Wings

  • 4 lbs chicken wings thawed and dried
  • 3 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Sweet Smoke Blend
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper blend
  • 1 Tbsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Herb blend
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • Cooking oil

Combine 2 Tbsp Sweet Smoke, 1 Tbsp Seasoning blend and 1 Tbsp Go To blend and use to season chicken. In a seperate bowl, Mix remaining blends with all purpose flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Seperate 1/3 cup of flour mixture in another bowl and add water. Mix well. Take seasoned chicken pieces and place in wet batter mixture, shake off excess then place in flour mixture. Place chicken in cooking oil and cook until browned and crisp. Drain and serve.
