Anita's Famous Gravy

  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 32 oz chicken stock
  • 1 can cream of celery soup 
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Go To Blend
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Herb Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend
  • 1 Large onion sliced
In a sauce pan, heat cooking 1 tbsp oil until hot. Add onions and cook until translucent. Remove onions and add remaining oil to pan. Slowly add flour whisking constantly until browned. slowly add broth continually mixing. Add cream of soup. season and taste.  Add onions back to gravy. Gravy can be thinned by adding more broth.
