Brownie Pancakes
- 1 1/4 cup brownie mix
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- nonstick cooking spray
In a bowl mix all dried ingredients. To that, add milk, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Spray cooking spray on hot nonstick pan and spoon in batter. Watch for bubbles to form and flip. Serve with glaze drizzle, chocolate syrup drizzle, dust of powdered sugar, whipped cream and cocoa dusting
GLAZE DRIZZLE
- 1/4 cup confectioner's or powdered sugar
- 1 capful of whole milk.
- 2 drops of vanilla
whisk all ingredients and drizzle over pancakes.
