Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 8oz can diced water chestnuts drained
  • 1 sweet pepper diced small
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp (or more) Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • Romaine or Bibb (Butter) lettuce

In a skillet or wok, heat coconut oil and add ground chicken. Cook until browned and drain excess liquid. Add in onion, garlic, peppers and onion. Cook until onion slightly softens. Add in Hoisin sauce, Soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and sweet chili sauce. cook and mix until combined' Add in spices and sriracha sauce. combine and toss in water chesnuts. Cook until most of the liquid is absorbed. Serve on Romaine lettuce or Bibb lettuce.
