
Chicken Salad Waldorf Style
- 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken boiled and drained and chopped
 
- 1 cup of mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
 - 1 stalk of celery, diced
 - 2 tbsp Honey
 - 1 cup of dried cranberries (or seedless grapes, sliced)
 - 1 cup of candied walnuts chopped
 - 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
 - 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
 - optional 1/2 apple diced
 
Combine ingredients. Taste and re-season if necessary. Serve over salad, or in a salad. Enjoy!
