Creole Chicken Pasta with Shirataki Noodles
- 1 to 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken pieces
- 3 packs of Miracle Noodle Shirataki Fettuccini prepared by package directions
- 1.25 cups flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3 tbsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
- 2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 6 tbsp sweet cream butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
In a shallow bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp Creole Blend and 1.5 tbsp Go To Seasoning Blend. Dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess. In a large saucepan, add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tsp olive oil until butter melts. Add chicken to pan and brown each side. Remove from pan and add remaining butter until melted. Add remaining flour, Go To seasoning, and Creole Blend to pan, mixing continually on low heat while scraping pan. Cook until a deep brown color. Slowly mix in Chicken stock, and sriracha, continually mixing. Slowly mix in Heavy cream. Bring to simmer. Add salt, taste and reseason. Add Miracle Noodles to pan. Toss and reintroduce chicken back to pan. Toss and serve.
