Honey Garlic Salmon Salad

  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 tsp Cooking with Greens No salt Sweet smoke Blend
  • 1/4 tsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 4 Tbsp local honey
  • 2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to Broil medium. Season Salmon with Sea salt and Smoke Blend Mixture. Set aside. In a skillet, heat butter on medium high and add garlic. Sautee' until fragrant. Add honey, water and soy sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes and add in lemon juice. Taste and reseason if necessary. Now place salmon skin side down (or skinless) in the pan. Cook for 3-4 minutes, while continually basting filets with pan sauce. Place pan in oven to baste for 5 minutes, or until salmon is lightly charred. Serve atop salad (or optional rice) and drizzle with salad dressing


  • 4 cups Spring Mix salad
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced thinly
  • 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • optional shredded carrots


  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 4 tsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend

Place in jar and shake well. refrigerate any unused dressing.
