Corn Salsa

  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup sweet red pepper diced small 
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion diced small
  • 4 tbsp olive oli
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/8 cup parsley or cilantro minced
  • 2 tsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend 

Add all ingredients to saute pan and cook until corn is warmed. Serve.
