Ingredients:
- 1 lb tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 1 jalapeño, stemmed
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ tsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Boil tomatillos and jalapeño for 5 min; drain.
- Blend with garlic, cilantro, lime juice, Go To Blend, and salt until smooth.
