Ingredients:
  • 1 lb tomatillos, husked and rinsed
  • 1 jalapeño, stemmed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ cup cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • ½ tsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
  • Salt to taste
Instructions:
  1. Boil tomatillos and jalapeño for 5 min; drain.
  2. Blend with garlic, cilantro, lime juice, Go To Blend, and salt until smooth.
  3. Chill before serving.
