Remoulade Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons Dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce or sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green onion finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cooking with Greens creole seasoning blend
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 capful white or white wine vinegar
Whisk together, chill and serve.
