Vegan Chicken Stir Fry
- 1 bag Morning Star brand chik'n strips
- 1/3 yellow zucchini sliced
- 1/3 Green zucchini sliced
- 1/3 Green pepper diced
- 1/3 red pepper diced
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 celery stalk chopped
- 1 pkg Kikkoman Stir Fry mix
- 3 tsp peanut oil
- 1/2 cup yellow corn
- 1/2 cup green beans
Heat in wok or skillet and serve over rice!
