Pan Seared Sea Scallops in White Wine Butter sauce with Garlic Shallot Green Beans over Coco Rice

Green beans were pan fried in virgin olive oil, salt, shallots and garlic. Scallops were cleaned and dried. Pan was heated to high and 3 pats of butter added. Once butter starts smoking, add scallops to pan, do not move scallops for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Lightly salt scallops. Remove scallops and set aside. In the same pan, add 1/2 stick of butter, shallots (or white onion) and garlic to pan. Cook until onion is slightly translucent. Add white wine (1 to 1.5 cups) . Bring to boil. Salt. Serve all over rice or pasta. Enjoy
