Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (or regular breadcrumbs)
- 2 Tbsp melted butter or olive oil

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
