Pickled Green Onions (or Leeks)

  • 2 bunches of Green onions
  • 6 tbs Apple cider Vinegar
  • 6 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 tbsp Agave sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Pinch of dry mustard powder or a few mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp dry or fresh dill

Add all ingredients to a bottle to pickle. Serve . Saves for weeks.
