Roasted Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes

  • 10-12 small red potatoes cubed
  • 1 whole garlic head
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Italian Blend
boil potatoes until soft. Drain. Slice head of garlic horizontally, drizzle with olive oil and wrap in foil. Bake garlic in oven at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
In bowl or large pan, mash potatoes, squeeze out softened roasted garlic and add all ingredients. serve. Re-season if necessary.
