Shrimp Bruschetta Salad

  • 1 lb peeled and de-shelled cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1/4 red onion minced
  • 1 stalk celery minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

in a bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayo, lemon juice and Dijon Mustard. Toss in remaining ingredients and combine. Serve over toasted italian bread
