Shrimp Bruschetta Salad
- 1 lb peeled and de-shelled cooked shrimp chopped
- 1/4 red onion minced
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
in a bowl, whisk together olive oil, mayo, lemon juice and Dijon Mustard. Toss in remaining ingredients and combine. Serve over toasted italian bread
