Chicken and Broccoli

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Herb Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Seasoning Blend
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat olive oil in a large wok or saucepan. Toss chicken with seasonings and add to pan. Cook until all chicken is done. Mix in brown sauce and bring to simmer. Cook until sauce is thickened. Either cook broccoli seperatly or Toss in raw broccoli for crunchier texture. Cook until broccoli is done. Serve over rice.

BROWN SAUCE

  • 3/4 cup veggie stock
  • 3 tbsp soy or tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (add more or less for thicker or thinner sauce)
 
Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
