Corn and Potato Chowder

  • 6 slices of bacon crispy chopped
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 large cans (or frozen bags)of sweet corn roasted
  • 2 red bell peppers chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 4 stalks celery chopped
  • 5 red potatoes chopped
  • 70 ounces of chicken stock
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Italian Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens Maple Bacon Blend
  • onion powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Cooking With Greens Spicy Seafood seasoning

Cook veggies in oil until tender. Add potatoes Go To Blend, No Salt Italian Blend and corn . Mix in half flour until fragrant . Slowly add broth until mixed evenly. Bring to boil about 25 mins. Add Maple Bacon Blend Cook until taters are tender. Cut off heat. Whisk remaining half of the flour in cream and half and half and slowly mix in. Sprinkle in crumbled bacon. Serve with a sprinkle of Seafood Blend atop.
