    Ingredients

    For the Ribs

    • 2 lbs country style boneless ribs (Angus recommended)

    For the Rub

    • 2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Creole Blend
    • 2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Garlic Black Pepper Blend
    • 3 Tbsp brown sugar
    • 1 Tbsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Smooth Heat Blend
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard

    For the Sauce

    • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
    • 2 Tbsp honey
    • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and set aside.
    2. Make the rub:
In a small bowl, mix together all rub ingredients.
    3. Season the ribs:
Add ribs to a large bowl and sprinkle with the rub, tossing to coat evenly.
    4. Bake:
Arrange ribs in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Cover with tinfoil and bake for at least 2 hours.
    5. Glaze:
After 2 hours, combine BBQ sauce and honey in a small bowl. Remove ribs from oven and baste with the sauce.
    6. Finish baking:
Return ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for 30 minutes to 1 hour, checking for tenderness after 30 minutes.
    7. Serve:
Remove from oven, baste with additional BBQ sauce, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
