Ingredients
For the Ribs
- 2 lbs country style boneless ribs (Angus recommended)
For the Rub
- 2 Tbsp Cooking with Greens Creole Blend

- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Smooth Heat Blend
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
For the Sauce

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and set aside.
