Crab Alfredo

  • 2 cups heavy cream or half and half
  • ½ cup butter unsalted
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
  • ½ to ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp CWG Go To or Garlic Herb Blend
  • 1 tsp CWG  Seafood blend
  • 8 oz to 1 lb crab meat
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 pack linguini
  1. Add butter and garlic to saucepan. Cook until butter is melted.  Add in cream cheese. Whisk in heavy cream and the Parmesan cheese once the cream cheese is softened. Add seasonings and stir well. Cook on low for 15 to 20 minutes. In a large stock pot or pan, bring water to boil. Cook the pasta according to package directions until just done, or al dente. Drain and add Pasta to alfredo sauce. Fold in Crabmeat and saave some to top pasta. Serve.
