Crab Imperial

  • 1 lb lump crab
  • 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens Spicy seafood blend 
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Mix all ingredients except lump crab in a bowl. Gently fold in crab meat. Bake in a ramekin at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, or until top is slightly browned.  Cool and serve.
