Janine's Bacon Brussell Sprout salad

  • 1 1/2 lb  brussell sprouts cut thinly
  • 1 lb bacon chopped and cooked crispy
  • 1 lemon halved and squeezed
  • 1 large onion halved and squeezed
  • 1 large shallot minced
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Ground pepper
  • Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Optional: Sliced Almonds
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan, goat cheese, or feta

Toss all ingredients. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Serve.
