• 1/2 can (about 7 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and peanut butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a lined or greased square baking dish. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, spreading it evenly with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until the chocolate is set. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy your delicious no-bake peanut butter bars!
