Remoulade Sauce

  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 to 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens Creole Blend
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 sprig of fresh dill
  • 1/2 kosher dill spear
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • OPTIONAL: splash of hot sauce

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend. Refrigerate and serve.
