- 2 lbs Cleaned, deveined Raw Shrimp
- 2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp Go To Blend
- 4 scallions minced
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Brioche Buns
- Sliced Avocado
- Sliced Tomatoes
Spicy Seafood Mayo
- 1 cup mayo
- 1.5 tbsp Cooking With Greens Spicy Seafood Blend
Pulse half the shrimp in a food processor until smooth. Shop remaining shrimp into large pieces. Combine in bowl with Panko, Lemon Juice, Go To Blend, Green Onions and egg. Place in refrigerator for at least 10 minutes. Take, out, form into patties and refrigerate again for at least 10 minutes. Place oil in pan and heat. Place Shrimp patties in pan cooking about 3 minutes on each side.
Combine Mayo and Spicy seafood blend. Serve atop Shrimp burgers with lettuce, avocado and tomatoes.
