Tuna Steaks


  • 3 tuna steaks
  • 1/8 cup orange juice
  • 1/8 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped green onion or parsley
  • 1 large clove garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens No Salt Hawaiian Island Blend
  • 1 tsp Cooking with Greens No salt Onion Black Pepper Blend

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place tuna steaks in marinade for at least 30 minutes, flipping to ensure coverage. Heat a grill or large skillet on medium high. Place steaks on surface and cook appx 5 minutes. Flip and baste with marinade. Cook for and additional 3 to 5 mins or until internal temperature is at least 145 degrees.
