- 1 whole cabbage
- 1 stick of plant based butter softened
- 2 1/2 tbsp Cooking with Greens Vegan Maple bacon Blend
- 3 to 4 large cloves garlic minced
- olive oil
- Balsamic Vinegar reduction
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove outer leaves and cut cabbage into 1 1/2 inch round sectioned slices. Combine softened butter, Maple Bacon Blend and Garlic. Place cabbage steaks on parchment paper atop a baking sheet. Spread butter mixture on both sides of cabbage steaks and drizzle with olive oil. Place in oven for at least 30 minutes, flipping steaks over half way. Serve and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
