Garlic Bok Choy

  • 2 lbs Bok choy or baby Bok Choy halved or quartered
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Tha Sweet Chili Sauce
  • (Optional for heat) 1 tsp Chili Garlic Sauce

Add oil to large skillet or wok. Heat to medium high. Coat the surface of pan with oil. Add garlic and onion. Cook 2 mins. Add bok Choy, soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss and cover pan. Cook covered for about 2 mins. Uncover and toss. Cover again and cook for 3-5 mins more. Uncover and Toss in Thai sweet chili sauce and optional chili garlic sace. Serve.
