  • 1 lb baby potatoes 
  • 4 tbsp plant based butter
  • 2 to 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Sea salt
  • OPTIONAL: plant based shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover potatoes in water and salt water with Sea salt. Bring to boil on top of stove and boil until potatoes are softened. Drain potatoes. Spray baking pan with non stick spray or olive oil. Place potatoes on pan and lightly smash each. In a microwave boil, add butter, garlic, Go To seasoning and parsley. Heat until butter is melted. Spoon mixture over each potato and place in oven baking for 15 to 20 minutes or until edges of potatoes are slightly crisped. Remove from oven and sprinkle with OPTIONAL plant based cheese
