Stir Fry Sauce

  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable or other broth
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

in sauce pan or wok, add all ingredients except cornstarch. Bring to simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes. Taste and re-season if necessary. Slowly whisk in cornstarch. Allow to thicken. Serve over stir fried vegetables or meats and vegetables.
