    Introduction

Bring restaurant-quality pasta to your table with this quick and decadent Crab Alfredo. Featuring real crab meat and Cooking with Greens blends, this dish delivers creamy, savory flavor in every bite. It’s a showstopper for guests or a treat for yourself—ready in less time than takeout!

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups heavy cream or half and half
    • ½ cup unsalted butter
    • 2 Tbsp cream cheese
    • ½ to ¾ cup Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend or Garlic Herb Blend
    • 1 tsp Cooking with Greens Seafood Blend
    • 8 oz to 1 lb crab meat
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 pack linguini

    Instructions

    1. Make the Alfredo sauce:
Add butter and minced garlic to a saucepan. Cook until butter is melted and garlic is fragrant. Add cream cheese and whisk until softened.
    2. Whisk in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese once the cream cheese is softened. Stir until smooth and creamy.
    3. Add seasonings:
Add Cooking with Greens Go To Blend (or Garlic Herb Blend) and Seafood Blend. Stir well and cook on low for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    4. Cook the pasta:
In a large stock pot or pan, bring water to a boil. Cook the linguini according to package directions until just done, or al dente. Drain well.
    5. Combine and finish:
Add the drained pasta to the Alfredo sauce. Fold in crab meat, reserving some to top the pasta.
    6. Serve:
Plate the pasta, top with reserved crab meat, and enjoy!

    Tips & Variations

    • Use fresh or canned crab—just be sure it’s drained and shell-free.
    • Adjust Parmesan for a thicker or thinner sauce.
    • Add a pinch of cayenne for a subtle kick.
