Janine's Bacon Brussell Sprout salad
- 1 1/2 lb brussell sprouts cut thinly
- 1 lb bacon chopped and cooked crispy
- 1 lemon halved and squeezed
- 1 large onion halved and squeezed
- 1 large shallot minced
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Ground pepper
- Himalayan Sea Salt
- Optional: Sliced Almonds
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan, goat cheese, or feta
Toss all ingredients. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Serve.
