Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp

  • 1 lb of shrimp peeled, deveined with tails off
  • 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken cut small into 1” chunks or strips
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2/3 cup cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 2 cups panko
  • vegetable oil
Whisk together buttermilk, egg, cornstarch, flour hot sauce and Go To Blend. set aside. Add vegetable oil to hot skillet. Dredge shrimp and chicken in buttermilk mixture, then panko breading. Add pieces to hot skillet cooking until brown on each side. Set aside and drain. Drizzle with Bang Bang Sauce and enjoy!

Bang Bang sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 to 3 tbsp cup sriracha sauce( for varying heat)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup sweet chili sauce
Whisk together all ingredients. Drizzle over prepared shrimp and chicken. Store remainder in fridge.
