- Pancake Mix
- 8oz can of Evaporated Milk
- 2XL Eggs
- Ground Cinnamon
Mix the evaporated milk, eggs, and cinnamon together and put aside until after you make your pancakes.
Add cinnamon to your pancake mix. (optional)
Prepare your pancakes as you usually do, and let cool.
Dip your pancake into the mixture gently but quickly and add to your skillet.
Cook each side evenly.
Garnish with powdered sugar and fresh fruit.
