Chicken Salad Waldorf Style

  • 1 lb of boneless skinless chicken boiled and drained and chopped
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 stalk of celery, diced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup of dried cranberries (or seedless grapes, sliced)
  • 1 cup of candied walnuts chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp Cooking with Greens Go To Blend
  • optional 1/2 apple diced
Combine ingredients. Taste and re-season if necessary. Serve over salad, or in a salad. Enjoy!
