Goulash

  • 1.5 lb total of beef and pork (may substitute meats)
  • 8 oz of macaroni noodles, boiled and drained
  • 1/2 green pepper, diced
  • 1/3 large onion, diced
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 lb provolone, shredded
  • Olive oil
In a hot sauce pan, add olive oil onions and peppers. Cook until onions are translucent. Add ground meat and cook until browned. Add all other ingredients and cook until combined. Either sprinkle with additional cheese and place oven ready saucepan in Oven that has been preheated to 350 degrees, or transfer ingredients to an aluminum baking pan and sprinkle with cheese. Cook until cheese is melted and serve.
