Anita's Famous Burgers
- 5.5 lbs ground beef
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups of Sweet Baby Ray’s Barbecue Sauce (or another brand)
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 pepper diced
- 4 tbsp. Cooking With Greens Go To seasoning ( or 2 packets of Sazon seasoning)
- 3 tbsp diced garlic
- Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- 1 pack of onion soup mix
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients and shape into patties. Grill or cook in frying pan on each side.
