Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

  • 1 loaf cinnamon raisin bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tsp vanilla
  • butter
  • cinnamon
In a large bowl, whisk eggs, cream and vanilla. Butter and heat griddle or large frying pan until hot. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture and place on griddle surface. Sprinkle with cinnamon. When edges brown, turn over and cook other side until brown. Serve with maple
