  • 3 large potatoes sliced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/2 orange or red pepper diced
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Coat a large frying pan with oil and heat. Add potatoes and cook until potatoes are softened. Add remaining ingredients and cook until all vegetables are softened, ensuring to turn ingredients occasionally as potatoes brown. Serve.
