- 4 Salmon Filets
- Olive oil
- 2 tsp Cooking with Greens Pink Himalayan Seasoning Blend
- 1 tsp Cooking with Greens No Salt Onion Black Pepper Blend
- 3 Tbsp Honey Dijon Salad Dressing
- 1 squeeze lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 4 Tbsp water
- chopped fresh parsley.
Rub oil over entire surface of filets. Season all sides of filets wth blends. In a large skillet, 1.5 Tbsp olive oil on medium high. Place salmon skin side down in pan. Allow to cook for 4 to 5 minutes to sear skin. Flip and cook an additional 1 to 2 minutes more. Remove from heat.
In a small saucepan or skillet, Add Honey Dijon Salad dressing, lemon juice and water to pan. Bring to a low simmer, stirring until sauce reduces. remove from heat and whisk in butter. Sprinkle in chopped fresh parsley and serve over salmon filets.
