Keto Lemon Parmigiana Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp Cooking With Greens Lemon Red Pepper Blend
  • 1 tbsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 to 3 cups of shredded Parmigiana Reggiano Cheese

Rub Chicken pieces with olive oil. Rub all spices on chicken pieces. Add Lemon juice. Allow chicken to marinate refrigerated from 2 hours to overnight.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place Marinated chicken pieces in a baking dish and cover top of chicken pieces with Parmigiano Reggiano. Place in oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes uncovered. Serve immediately.
