Mushroom Baked Rice
- 1/2 small onion chopped
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 stick of butter
- pinch of Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup Crimini (or other type) mushrooms chopped
Preheat onion to 425 degrees. Combine onion, garlic, mushroom soup, broth, parsley, sea salt and optional mushrooms in a small baking pan. Slice butter atop mixture and Cover with Aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes and remove foil. Bake additional 20 minutes. Fluff and serve.
