Roasted Garlic and Anchovy Green Sauce

  • Roast 8 or more cloves of garlic (appx. half a head of garlic)*
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp anchovy paste
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Add garlic, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice and coconut milk to food processor. Slowly blend in olive oil to desired consistency. Use more if needed. Serve.
