- 1 bag frozen corn
- 1/2 sweet red pepper diced
- 1/3 red onion diced
- 1/4 lb bacon or other smoked meat diced
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black pepper
In a skillet or wok, cook smoked meat until crispy. Remove smoked meat from pan and keep grease. Cook onion and pepper in grease until pepper is softened and onion is translucent. Add Corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add seasonings and smoked meat. Cook an additional 2 minutes and serve!
