Baked Asparagus w/Balsamic Reduction

  • 1 1/2 lb. Asparagus
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • sea salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse asparagus and cut off woody ends. Place on baking sheet lined with foil. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil. Coat all sides. sprinkle with sea salt and bake for 20 minutes.
While asparagus is baking, whisk the other ingredients together. bring to a boil in a small saucepan and immediately lower to a simmer for 20 minutes. Once everything is done, drizzle reduction on asparagus and serve on the side for dipping.
