Vegan Asian Style Brown Sauce (a la beef and broccoli sauce)

  • 3/4 cup veggie stock
  • 3 tbsp soy or tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (add more or less for thicker or thinner sauce)
  • 1 tsp Cooking With Greens Go To Blend
Whisk all ingredients but the rice wine vinegar and sesame oil in a small sauce pan over medium heat until thickened. Whisk in other ingredients. Enjoy!
