Chef Toya's Portobello Mushroom "Cheese-steak"
- Portobello Mushroom ( use 1- 1&1/2 per sandwich depending on your desired fullness)
- sweet onion
- bell pepper ( I used yellow)
- virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
- Worcesestire sauce
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- sea salt for seasoning
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable broth
- hoagie bread
additional options:
veganaise, red pepper flakes, and daiya cheese.
