Janine's Mango Mint Gremolata

  • 1 mango cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsps lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint chopped
  • Cooking With Greens Pink Himalayan Sea Salt to taste
  • 2 minced large garlic cloves

Use a mortar and pestle or food processor and combine everything but the mango. Toss in mango and serve.
